Meet Hannah, the dynamo behind the scenes at Dawson’s Oyster Supplies. With over 16 years in hospitality, Hannah’s journey began in the bustling bars of Sydney. From there, she took her talents to Canada and the USA, where she opened and managed venues. A lifelong oyster lover, she jumped at a golden opportunity in 2021, and the rest is history.

Now at the helm of Dawson’s Oyster Supplies in Warners Bay, Lake Macquarie, Hannah continues the Dawson’s legacy. Dawson’s has been a cornerstone for restaurants in Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley for decades, known for our impeccably prepared and presented oysters.
